Beth is the founder of ‘Osteobeth’, an osteopathy clinic in Andover, Hampshire, offering expert osteopathic treatments and medical acupuncture. She believes in treating each patient as a unique individual, taking the time to listen carefully to their needs and concerns. Beth’s approach focuses on addressing the root causes of health issues rather than just alleviating symptoms, helping patients achieve lasting relief and an improved quality of life.

My love of Osteopathy came from a very early age! My Mum took me for Cranial Osteopathy when I was a few months old. A couple of treatments turned me from a screaming baby in pain to a calm contented baby- completely amazing. I have continued to have treatments to help with various health conditions over the years so appreciate first hand how healing and life transforming Osteopathy can be.

Throughout the duration of my course, I worked at the University’s community clinic based in Southwark, London offering affordable healthcare for all. In addition to the general clinic, there were also specialist clinic’s that allowed me to provide care to specific patient groups such as expectant mothers, children, the elderly, sports professionals and people with HIV. Post-graduation, I began work in the NHS as an Osteopath treating patients with spinal conditions in North Hampshire. This was working as a team with multi-disciplinary Chiropractors and Physiotherapists.

At Osteobeth I am dedicated to offering high quality osteopathic treatments tailored to each individual patient with the utmost dignity and respect.

My belief is to treat the cause of the health condition and not just the symptoms.

Sam, associate osteopath at Osteobeth clinic in Andover

Meet Sam

Sam, Associate Osteopath

Sam is a registered osteopath who graduated from the London School of Osteopathy. With 16 years of experience as a personal trainer and a further four years as a sports massage therapist, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad understanding of the body, movement and physical wellbeing to her osteopathic practice.

Sam treats patients of all ages and works with a wide range of conditions. She is passionate about the holistic approach of osteopathy, looking beyond the symptoms to understand the factors that may be contributing to a patient’s pain or discomfort. She believes in treating each person as an individual, taking the time to understand their needs, lifestyle and goals to provide tailored, patient-centred care.

Her journey into osteopathy began through her experience as a personal trainer, where she saw first-hand the positive impact osteopathic treatment had on her clients, as well as on her own wellbeing. Inspired by these experiences, she wanted to deepen her understanding of how osteopathy works and develop the skills to help others experience the same benefits.

At The Osteobeth Clinic, Sam looks forward to building a positive relationship with each patient, understanding what matters most to them and tailoring treatment to their individual needs. Her aim is to help people move more comfortably, feel more confident in their bodies and get back to doing the things they love.
