As the clinic is often busy with patients, it is not always possible to answer phone calls. If there is anything that needs to be discussed prior to an appointment, please include details in the form and we will arrange a convenient time to make contact.
* Please note that current waiting times for appointments may be up to two weeks. While every effort is made to accommodate urgent concerns, emergency appointments cannot always be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
